We believe that individuals with autism, due to the dynamic nature of their symptoms and behaviors, optimally benefit from a research-based approach of using medical cannabis. Medicine that is customized and specifically cultivated and processed to meet the individual needs of our clients is of paramount importance to us.
It is known that cannabidiol (CBD), a chemical constituent of the cannabis plant, due to increasing evidence, has valuable medicinal properties. CBD appears to work in combination with THC, supporting its medical effects while moderating its psychoactivity. Taken by itself, CBD has anti-inflammatory, anti-anxiety, anti-epileptic, sedative and neuro-protective actions.
Our Center for Behavioral Dynamics is the location where we perform patient intake and provide medical cannabis resources to our clients and their families. We believe that it is vital to assess our clients in order to meet their individual needs.
